1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, you must contact us within this period. Requests made after 3 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be free from stains, perfume, washing, or any damage

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for refund.


3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.
  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

We allow exchanges under the following conditions:

Size Exchange

  • Size exchange is allowed subject to stock availability.
  • Customer bears the shipping charges for exchange.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share a clear unboxing video showing the issue.
  • Our team will review and assist you accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items damaged due to customer handling
  • Items returned without tags or original packaging
  • Items showing signs of use
