We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately.
However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting or device settings.

Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on our website are final.
Payments must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.

We do not store or access your card details — payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
You will receive a confirmation message or email with your order details.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 48 hours.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible unused items may be returned within 3 days of delivery. Size exchanges are also allowed within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. For change-of-mind returns and size exchanges, the customer pays the applicable shipping costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video. Loom Route will bear the correction or replacement shipping cost when the supplied item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Items must be:

• Unused, unworn and unwashed
• Undamaged and in original condition
• With original tags and packaging

Sale and discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Customer Accounts

Creating an account is optional.
Customers are responsible for safeguarding their login information.

Intellectual Property

All images, product photos, designs, text, and content on Loom Route are owned by Loom Route and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Loom Route is not responsible for any delays, courier issues, or events outside our control.
We are also not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from website use or product purchase.
